Insurance

Although I do not participate with any insurance plans, I provide detailed receipts for treatment sessions that contain all of the information required by your insurance company when you submit a claim for reimbursement. To calculate your out of pocket cost, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask what is covered for the type of therapy you seek. (The CPT, or procedure code, for individual psychotherapy is 90834. The CPT for group psychotherapy is 90853.)
